Refund and Returns Policy

Just as we are conscious to have sustainability to reduce the carbon footprint with our product manufacturing, we encourage our clients to shop with us in a mindful way. All our garments are handprinted manufactured [please find perfection in any small imperfections as that makes your product unique] in limited quantities and we want each purchase to be loved and cherished in your wardrobe or home for years to come.

If you do have any questions at all-around fit or you need more info to inform your purchase, please chat with us or email support@thesutrastores.co.za before placing your order to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. We would more than happy to assist you. 

In case you wish to return an item purchased on the online store, please send us an email at support@thesutrastores.co.za within a week of receiving your order. In the email please specify why it is you are returning the item and we will handle the return accordingly;

Please remember that even if you decide you would like to return the item we would appreciate your care and attention in carefully folding the item and putting it back into the envelope provided.

Conditions:

  1. Damaged/Wrong garment: [Send an email with an image]

You have the option to return it and exchange it for a replacement, or a store credit note that will be valid online or a full refund. The store will cover the courier costs of returning a garment that arrives damaged or that is incorrect [not as ordered], and it must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • Return/Exchange:

If the garment is the wrong size, or not what you wish for: You may exchange it for the correct size or for something else available on the online store, or we can issue a credit note or a refund. 

In this case, you would have to cover the shipping cost and the items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original tag attached and in perfect condition for resale.

  • All the products that you wish to return should be in perfect, unworn, original saleable condition with the original tags/packaging intact.
  • Please note that we will inspect the returned items when they arrive and should we find them in unsuitable condition to be returned, they will be sent back to you.
  • Item sold on sale would not be returned can be exchanged for credit note.

Kindly note we are a small team and going the extra mile to ensure our customers are delighted with their experience with us is paramount to what we do and trust that we are doing our utmost to meet your expectations. 

Please allow us a week from receipt of the parcel before the refund is completed. If you are concerned at all about your refund, please email us and we will be more than happy to update you about its status.
